Welcome!

 We are Arkansas Psychotherapy Center (APC), a small counseling and mental health clinic conveniently located within a block of JFK (Hwy 107) and North Hills Blvd in Sherwood, AR.  We understand how difficult it can be to take that first step and ask for help, so we strive to make your experience at APC go as smoothly as possible. Helping our clients feel comfortable and confident that they've made the right decision in contacting and making an appointment to see Patricia is our primary goal!

What We Do:

Our clinic offers a wide variety of mental health and counseling services, such as marital and couples counseling, children and adolescents, as well as adults and seniors.  Patricia is fortunate to be an in-network provider for most insurances and their particular mental health plans. We pride ourselves in our casual atmosphere versus a more clinical setting often found at other offices, striving to make you feel important and glad you chose our clinic.  Our staff is friendly and trained to assist you prior to your appointment and will do everything possible to provide you with an appointment as quickly as possible.  If you call with an emergency, our staff will screen you for a variety of possible options and immediately contact Patricia for assistance with your situation.

• We look forward to meeting new clients, or seeing former clients interested in returning to therapy, and welcome you to contact our clinic with any questions and concerns.  We'd be glad for you to make an appointment and offer hours conducive to all schedules.
• For your convenience, we offer a link to download our forms so that you may fill them out prior to your appointment.  This allows you to come to the appointment 10 minutes rather than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time. 

• We suggest, if possible, that you fax the paperwork and a copy of your insurance card and ID so we can check your benefits and get preauthorization if needed.  Our fax number is 501-834-2242.
